Cancellation(/Revocation) Policy

1. Right to Cancel(/Revoke)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception – account opening. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the opening of an account. By submitting an account application, the client expressly requests that the Bank begin its review, due diligence and onboarding immediately. The Account Activation Fee is non-refundable, as stated under Opening an Account.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

3. Address

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

4. The Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

5. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Services Already Performed

If you asked us to begin the service during the cancellation period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you inform us of your cancellation. Your right to cancel ends once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right to cancel.
