Consulting Zoom Videoconference – Advanced Advisory Session 

This consulting videoconference is a structured, in-depth session intended for sophisticated clients, institutional actors, sovereign entities, or their duly authorised representatives seeking high-level advisory, confidential structuring insight, or resolution of complex matters. 

Participation is strictly limited to parties with a clear intention to engage in formal financial, fiduciary, or investment-related dialogue with IFB Bank. All attendees must be properly mandated and may be required to execute a confidentiality or consulting agreement prior to the session. 

This session is suitable for: 

• detailed presentation and analysis of project-specific documentation and mandates
• structuring of financial instruments, trusts, holdings, family foundations, or credit enhancement vehicles
• advisory on regulatory positioning, risk mitigation, and compliance resolution
• sovereign and public-sector dialogue on PPPs, capital mobilisation, or institutional cooperation
• negotiations involving complex corporate, institutional, or sovereign clients
• fiduciary architecture involving cross-border asset protection, succession planning, or insurance-linked structures
• etc.

The consulting videoconference is led by senior officers of IFB Bank, including legal, compliance, and fiduciary experts as necessary. Written summaries, follow-up documentation, term sheets, or memoranda may be produced upon request following the meeting. 

Unlike the Q&A session, this conference may involve privileged information and is conducted in accordance with IFB Bank’s strict confidentiality and professional conduct standards. Duration may vary from 60 minutes to several hours depending on scope. 

The consulting session constitutes the preferred entry point for all non-standard, high-value, or structurally complex engagements with the bank.

For the avoidance of doubt, IFB Bank hereby notifies all participants that all Zoom videoconferences organised, hosted, or attended by IFB Bank are recorded in whole and in part for regulatory, statutory, compliance, supervisory, audit, risk management, and evidentiary purposes. By accessing, joining, or otherwise participating in any such videoconference, each participant expressly acknowledges, accepts, and irrevocably consents to the audio-visual recording, processing, retention, storage, review, and, where required, disclosure of such recordings to competent supervisory, regulatory, judicial, or other legally entitled authorities, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks. 

Where a participant does not agree to such recording, that participant is not authorised to attend, access, or otherwise participate in the videoconference and must immediately disconnect.
